What if you find fewer leads?
When a week comes up short, the gap rolls into the next week, within your billing period. Leads still unused at the end of the period do not roll over and are not credited. A narrow request can return fewer leads. If that happens, we will show what we found and suggest changes to dates, locations or other criteria.
What if a lead is unsuitable?
Tell us by email about a wrong contact, a duplicate or an event that does not match your request, within 14 days. We check it, and every bad lead we confirm comes off your next invoice.
How do you handle duplicates?
We check against leads already supplied to your account. With a connected CRM, we also check its records before delivery.
Are leads exclusive?
No. The same event can go to more than one customer.
Can I change my search?
Yes, any time. Pick your states and how far out on Search criteria, and add priority searches in your own words. Changes apply from your next delivery.
How does billing work?
Otium, the company behind Truffle Pig, bills you directly. Choose monthly billing or an annual plan. Annual plans renew yearly. There is no setup fee.
